This independent market research company surveyed nearly 5,000 consumers and asked them to rate the usefulness, usability, and enjoyability of their wireless providers. Virgin Mobile earned the highest score from survey respondents across all categories. According to the report, "Virgin Mobile's [customer experience] performance stands out in the industry, far ahead of the other wireless carriers."
