How do I take a video?

To take a video, start by selecting Videos from the Main Menu on your Virgin Mobile video phone, or simply hit the camera button on the right side of your phone and then choose Take a Video.

Selecting Take a Video will put you into the camera mode. Simply point the camera at the scene you wish to capture, and click Ok. Once you have the scene captured, you can either choose to Save or Erase the video.

If you save your video it will go into the My Videos gallery.

How do I send a video?

From the main menu on your video phone select Pictures and Video and then go to Send Video Message.

Selecting Send will immediately take you to the Send To page. From the Send To page, you can directly input a recipient's email, Virgin Mobile phone number or any other mobile phone number. Get an email or phone number from your contact list by selecting Options, then Contacts.

To toggle between entering numbers and letters, use the Options menu at the bottom of the Send To page.

At the Message page, you can add text to your video by entering letters directly from your keypad. When you are ready to send your video, hit Send.

When you do send a video, video messaging charges will apply to your account.

Please note that size matters. If you video is too large, it may not be delivered.
