How do I receive video on my video phone?

When you have an incoming video message, a notification will pop to your screen asking you if you want to Get the video or Erase.

If you wish to see the video, select Get, and the video will open to the screen. When you select Get, normal video messaging charges will apply to your account.

Once you are finished viewing the video you can choose to save it. Hit Options, Saves Attached, and then select the Video. The video will be saved to your My Video folder.

You can also reply to the sender of the video by selecting Reply. You can reply with a text message or a video message of your own.

Please note that size matters. If the video is too large, you may not be able to receive it.
