Who can view and download the content I create?
That's up to you. By default, all the ringtones and wallpapers you create are kept private. That means only you can access them.
If you decide to share a ringtone or wallpaper with others, your file will be posted to the public Studio V site. That means anyone surfing the site will be able to see it, and other Virgin Mobile customers will be able to download it to their phones.

Why wasn't my wallpaper approved for sale?
Once you submit your wallpaper for approval, our team of content experts will take a look at it to make sure that it's suitable for others to view and download. Our panel follows a strict set of guidelines to make sure that wallpapers are legal and appropriate for sale.
If your wallpaper falls into one of the categories below, it won't be approved for sale. That means you can download it to your phone, but other users won’t be able to view or download it from Studio V.
Here are some reasons why your wallpaper might not have been approved for sale:
- Inappropriate content: Our experts believe your wallpaper may depict vulgar, tasteless, profane, obscene, racist, abusive, malicious, or derogatory material, or a high level of violence or illegal activity.
- Privacy/misrepresentation: Our experts believe that your wallpaper may contain material which is defamatory, libelous or slanderous, or which might embarrass someone or invade their privacy.
- Copyright issue: Our experts believe that the image or photo used in your wallpaper may be owned by someone else. (Please make sure to upload only photos or images that you created and own the rights to.)
- Trademark issue: Our experts believe that the image or photo used in your wallpaper may contain a trademark owned by a third party.
- Advertising/promo issue: Our experts believe that your wallpaper may contain material submitted for advertising or promotional purposes on behalf of yourself or a third party.
- Public figure/celebrity issue: Our experts believe that your wallpaper may contain an image or photo of a public figure or celebrity.
