What is it?
Jumbuck Island® is a virtual chat island that you can access from your phone. Pick your character and explore different chat spots on Jumbuck Island - Boat Spa Bar, Muscle Beach, El Sombrero Pool, the Waterfall, and more. Chat with a whole group of fellow islanders or talk with someone one-on-one.

How much does it cost?
Jumbuck Island® costs 5¢/min; you are charged $3.00 for one hour at a time. Any unused minutes expire after 7 days. The application itself is free to download.

How do I use it?
- Download the Jumbuck Island® application here or by finding it on VirginXL on your Virgin Mobile phone.
- In a second or two, an alert will pop up on your phone asking you to complete the download.
- Once it's finished downloading, launch Jumbuck Island by going to Menu -> My Stuff.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to choose a user name and select your character.
- That's it. Now you can explore the island and chat with your fellow islanders. Enjoy!

Is there anything I should keep in mind when chatting with other users?
Remember, there are many, many users out there. So play it safe.
Here's a good rule of thumb: Don't share anything in Jumbuck Island® that you wouldn't be comfortable posting publicly on the Web.
In other words, don't give out personal information such as your last name, phone number, email, or home address. And don't get fooled into sharing any personal financial information such as credit card or social security numbers. (Virgin Mobile wouldn't ask you for that sort of information through Jumbuck Island.)

How long can I stay in Jumbuck Island®?
You can stay as long as you like as long as you have enough in your balance to cover the hourly charge.
