With Ringback Tones, people will hear a short song or sound clip when they call your Virgin Mobile phone instead of the standard ring.

Ringback Tones are the sounds your callers hear when they call your Virgin Mobile phone. Ringtones are the sounds you hear when someone calls you on your phone.

Can I set different Ringback Tones for different callers?

Sure. When you buy a new Ringback Tone, you can choose to set it for a specific caller. You can also do it from the My Ringback Tones page at anytime.

What is the "After Hours" setting?

This option allows you to set a specific Ringback Tone to play to all callers between 6pm and 6am. That way, you can have one Ringback Tone play during the day – say, when you’re at work or school – and another one “After Hours”. You can choose this option from the My Ringback Tones page.
