What is MyPix?

MyPix is an album for Virgin Mobile customers to store and organize their media (photos/ videos). MyPix is available on the web (MyPix Online) and the phone (Mobile MyPix).

All Virgin Mobile customers with camera phones automatically have a Virgin Mobile MyPix site. With MyPix you can:

• Store and organize your cameraphone photos and videos in albums
• Tag and add comments to your photos and videos
• Share your photos/videos to Facebook, Photobucket, Flickr, MobileMe, Radar, Blogger and other cool sites
• Share your photos/videos with friends

To store videos in MyPix you need a cameraphone that can send video messages.

MyPix is available on the web (MyPix Online) and on your handset (Mobile MyPix).

How do I access MyPix?

All you need is your MDN and vKey (password). You can access your MyPix album in two ways:

• MyPix Online (website) - log into your account at www.virginmobileusa.com, select "My Pix" on the left-hand side of the My Account page. All pictures that you upload from your Virgin Mobile Phone will appear automatically in MyPix.
• MyPix Mobile – you can find a link for this site in the Surf the Web menu and in the My Pictures menu (for select handsets)

How do I upload a photo to MyPix?

1. Go to the My Pictures gallery on your phone → Select the desired photo → Select “Options” → Hit “Upload to MyPix”

For videos just go to the My Videos gallery on your phone (on select handsets).

How long does the photo stay in MyPix?

As long as you stay a Virgin Mobile customer, we'll keep your photos in the MyPix website waiting for you.

How much does it cost to send a picture to and from MyPix?

Uploading a photo or video to MyPix costs the same as sending or receiving a picture message within the U.S. If you’re not already a Messaging Pack customer, you can add a Messaging Pack to send/receive photos and videos to MyPix for even less.

Do you charge for storing photos/videos on the MyPix website?
