How do I get and use Headliner?

Here's how:
  1. To use the preloaded version, go to Menu -> VirginXL -> Headliner on your phone.
  2. If you’d rather download the application on the select handsets indicated above, download it by going to Menu -> VirginXL -> Music. Then launch Headliner by going to Menu -> My stuff -> My other stuff. Once you accept the terms of service, you'll see the Main Menu. (Note: The first time you sign in to Headliner, you'll be asked to enter your vKey.)
  3. That's it! Now you can start using Headliner. For a complete user guide, go to Menu -> User Guide.

How to cancel alerts from Headliner?

You can stop receiving any or all artist alerts by opening Headliner on your phone and selecting Menu -> My Settings -> Edit My Alerts. You will also receive help resources when you reply with "HELP", "STOP" or "CANCEL" to any artist alert.

How to cancel and unsubscribe from Headliner?

You can cancel the service by opening Headliner on your phone and selecting Menu -> Unsubscribe.

Keep in mind, when you cancel the service, all your profile information will be lost and you will no longer receive artist alerts.
