There are no additional charges for making a call from a local listing page. All it costs is your normal airtime rate.

How come I can't find someone I'm looking for in the whitepages?

Try broadening or narrowing the location for your search by city, state, or zip code. Keep in mind that not everyone appears in the residential listings.
