What is IM 2 Text?

With IM 2 Txt, you can use text messages to send and receive IMs with your buddies on Yahoo! Messenger from your Virgin Mobile phone.

How much does it cost?

Each message you send or receive costs the same as a normal text message.

So if you’ve signed up for a Messaging Pack, your messages will be decreased by one each time you send or receive an IM 2 Txt.

If you haven't signed up for a Messaging Pack, you'll be charged 10¢ for each IM 2 Txt you send or receive. (Customers with active accounts that were established before 10/23/07 will be charged at the old rate of 5¢ for each IM 2 Txt sent or received.)

Why can’t I use the Yahoo! IM2TXT commands?

Yahoo! IM2TXT does not support the use of auto signature for the following commands:

• Get
• Get all
• Get (group name)
• More
• More all
• More (alphabet letter)
• Help_im

To remove auto signature, on your handset go to Menu --> Messaging --> Msg Settings --> Signature --> Select Off
