How to download wallpapers from the phone?

1. Select VirginXL from the Main Menu on your Virgin Mobile phone
2. From within Virgin XL, select "Graphics" then "Wallpapers"
3. Within the Wallpapers folder, Wallpapers are organized in folders by the type of Wallpaper. To see the Wallpapers available, select a category.
4. After entering a category, you will see the list of Wallpapers pertaining to that category.
5. Highlight the Wallpaper you would like to purchase, and select it.
6. A picture and the price of the Wallpaper will be displayed. To purchase the Wallpaper, select Buy.
7. When you select buy, the price of the Wallpaper will immediately be deducted from your Virgin Mobile account, and the download process will begin. If you don't have enough left in your balance to cover the cost, we'll let you know and give you the option to Top-Up.
8. After the download process is complete, your Wallpaper will be located in the My Stuff folder within VirginXL.
9. To assign the Wallpaper, go to the Settings Menu from within the Main Menu. Select Display, then Graphics.

How to download wallpapers from the web?

1. From www.virginmobileusa.com, select Stuff.
2. From the main Stuff page, select Graphics.
3. Virgin Mobile Wallpapers are organized in folders by the type of Wallpaper. To see the Wallpapers available in any category, select that category.
4. A list of Wallpapers will appear. Check out the Wallpapers. If you find one you like, click the Buy button next to your selection.
5. If you haven't signed in yet, you will be asked to enter your Phone Number and Account PIN (vKey).
6. Once you click Buy, the price of the Wallpaper will immediately be deducted from your Virgin Mobile account, and the download process will begin.
7. The Wallpaper will download directly to your phone. In order to initiate this process, your phone must be switched on and within Virgin Mobile's coverage area.
8. A message will pop to your phone's screen letting you know you have a Wallpaper waiting for download. From the message, click OK to Download. If you wish to download the Wallpaper at a later time, simply select Save, and the message will be saved to the Messages folder on your phone. When you are ready to download the Wallpaper, find the message in the Messages folder on your phone, open it, and click Download.
9. After the download process is complete, your Wallpaper will be located in the My Stuff folder within VirginXL.
10. To assign the Wallpaper, go to the Settings Menu from within the Main Menu. Select Display, then Graphics.

How to download screensavers from the phone?

1. Select VirginXL from the Main Menu on your Virgin Mobile phone
2. From within Virgin XL, select "More Downloads" then "Wallpapers".
3. Within the Screensavers folder, Screensavers are organized in folders by the type of Screensaver. To see the Screensavers available, select a category.
4. After entering a category, you will see the list of Screensavers pertaining to that category.
5. Highlight the Screensavers you would like to purchase, and select it.
6. A picture and the price of the Screensavers will be displayed. To purchase the Screensavers, select Buy.

How do I download wallpapers and screensavers using a short code?

Here's how...

1. If you see the name of a graphic (a wallpaper or screensaver) advertised as a "keyword" in promotional messaging from Virgin Mobile, you can buy that graphic by sending its keyword to the appropriate 3-digit short code. (Normal text messaging charges apply.)
2. The price of the graphic will automatically be deducted from your Virgin Mobile account, and the download process will begin. (Note: Your phone must be switched on and within Virgin Mobile's coverage area.)
3. A message will pop up on your phone's screen letting you know you have a file waiting for download. (Note: If you have VirginXL open, or if you are playing a game when the message arrives, you will need to cancel out to receive the download.)
4. Click Download to download the file now, or Save to download the file at a later time. (If you select Save, the message will be saved to the Messages folder on your phone. But remember, you must download your file within 4 hours from when you purchased it.)
5. After the download process is complete, your graphic will be located in the "My graphics" folder in the "My stuff" menu on your phone.
