How do I download it?

Here's how:
  1. Make sure you've signed up for a Data Pack.
  2. Then go to Menu -› VirginXL -› What's Hot.
  3. Select Google Maps from the menu.
  4. Select Download.

What should I do if I'm having trouble connecting?

If you see this error message while using Google MapsTM: "This application requires a data connection, and will retry automatically. In the meantime, please check your signal strength", try visiting a link in Surf The Web and then restarting Google MapsTM for mobile.

Here’s how:
  1. Close Google MapsTM for mobile.
  2. Access Surf The Web and select a link.
  3. After a few seconds, exit the browser.
  4. Then re-launch Google MapsTM for mobile.
If this doesn't fix the problem, please dial *VM.
