How can I play?

It's easy. Here's how...

1. Download your favorite "Play for Prizes" game from VirginXL. Go to VirginXL->Play for Prizes on your phone or get it here on the Web.
2. After you've agreed to the subscription, select a tournament from the game's menu. There are two types of tournaments:
   1) Head-to-head tournaments where your scores are matched against other players and the player with the best win-loss record during the tournament wins
   
   and
   
   2) Progressive tournaments where the player with the best score during the tournament wins.

How often do tournaments run?

Tournaments are offered daily, weekly, and monthly.

How do I know if I've won?

If you win a tournament, Twistbox Games will send a text message to your phone within 24 hours informing you that you've won a prize. You will also see a similar message in the game.

The text alert and in-game messages will contain a secret Prize PIN and a URL where you can redeem your prize if you are eligible to win. (Please see the Terms and Conditions for eligibility requirements.)

If you think you won a tournament but you haven't received a text message within 24 hours, you can verify the tournament results by going to the "Recent Winners" menu for the game you played at http://www.twistboxgames.com. Select your tournament type to view past tournaments results.

What are the prizes? Where can I see the leader board? Where can I get more information on Play for Prizes games?

Go to http://www.twistboxgames.com and click Play For Prizes. From that page, you can get specific game info such as Upcoming Prizes, Current Leaders, and Recent Winners.

How do I claim my prize?

Here's how...

1. Go to http://www.twistboxgames.com. Click Play For Prizes, and then click Claim Your Prize.
2. Enter your user name, Virgin Mobile phone number, and Prize PIN. (Your Prize PIN will be included in your prize notification.) Then click the Redeem button.
3. The Prize Information tab will be displayed by default. Click the Send My Prize button. (Please note: Prize winners age 13—17 are required to submit a Parental Consent Form to receive prizes.)
4. That's it, your prize is on its way!

Note: If the Send My Prize button does not appear, you may need to register your account by clicking on the Account Information tab on the Prize Information page. Use the text boxes, drop-down menus, and radio buttons to register your prize account information, and then click the Update button. After registering your account, click the Prize Information tab and then click the Send My Prize button.

I accidentally deleted my Prize PIN after I won a tournament. What should I do?

Send Play for Prizes an email at help@twistboxgames.com and tell them you lost your Prize PIN. After we've verified your info, a representative will reply to your email with your prize info.

Why am I not eligible to win a prize in Vermont, Maryland, and North Dakota?

To be eligible for a prize offered by Play for Prizes, you must be physically located in a U.S. state in which participation in the tournaments offered by the service is unrestricted by law. Currently, Vermont, Maryland, and North Dakota restrict participation in tournaments. These states do not allow players to win prizes if they are paying a monthly subscription. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more info.
