What are picture alerts?
A picture alert is a special type of content alert that includes a photo or some other graphic.Most alerts cost between $.50 and $2.00 per week, depending on the alert.

How do I use it?
There are a couple different ways to sign-up for picture alerts...From the Web...
Click here to log into My Virgin Mobile and see a list of available alerts. To sign-up for an alert, just check the checkbox next to its name and hit update. To unsubscribe from an alert, uncheck the checkbox next to its name and hit update.
From your phone...
Follow these steps:
- Go to VirginXL -> Picture Alerts.
- Choose an alert that interests you and click subscribe.
- A picture alert will appear on your phone whenever you receive a new content alert. To read the content, click OK and then click on the message in your Inbox.
- To unsubscribe, just return to VirginXL -> My Virgin Mobile-> My Active Alerts, select and alert and choose unsubscribe.

Different alerts cost different amounts. Click here to see a list of available picture alerts along with their prices. Standard picture messaging charges apply for picture alerts. After you sign-up to receive an alert, you'll be charged when the first picture alert is sent. It costs $.25 to receive any picture message to your Virgin Mobile phone.
