What happens to my voicemail if my account becomes inactive?

If your account becomes inactive, people calling you will get a message that says "The person you are calling is unavailable now. Please try later."

No one can leave you a message and you won't be able to check old messages.

Messages that were already saved before your account became inactive will still be saved for 30 days from the time you received them.

To avoid all of this, just make sure to add at least $20 to your account every 90 days to keep your account from becoming inactive.
