Can I use the "One Year of Service" card on the Pay As You Go Plan?

Sure. Just keep in mind that the "One Year of Service" card extends your service for one year, not your Minute Pack. Minute Packs will still expire 30 days from date of purchase unless you buy another Minute Pack before the 30th day.
