How do I check my balance?
You can check your account balance right from your phone. Just press and hold the up arrow on your phone's keypad. You can check your balance from your phone for free up to 5 times each day. After that, it costs 2¢ per check from your phone. Or, log on to
My Virgin Mobile with your Account PIN and do it whenever you want.

What happens if I go over the minutes in my Minute Pack?
We'll send you an alert when you're running low on minutes so you know it’s time to buy a new Pack. But if you use up all your minutes without buying a new Pack, you can use the money in your balance to pay for calls at a rate of 20¢/min — that's our Basic Rate.
Don't forget, whether you buy a Minute Pack or not, you need to add at least $20 every 90 days to keep your service working... even if you have money in your balance.

How do I pay for ringtones, text messages, etc.
We'll deduct the cost of any features you use right from your balance. That goes for ringtones, downloadable games, text and picture messages, browsing VirginXL/VirginXtras, and downloads.

What if I want to cancel the service?
Since there are no long-term contracts, you're free to go whenever you want But keep in mind that you will lose any unused minutes and money left in your account. Or, you can change plans as your needs change.. You're in control.

Can I switch to another plan?
Sure, you're free to switch between plans. Just keep in mind that when you switch from a Pay As You Go plan to a Monthly Plan, you will lose any unused minutes and messages.
