When are Virgin Mobile's primetime minutes (nights and weekend)?

If you are on $34.99 TALK, $44.99 TALK, $59.99 TALK or $99.99 TALK, nights are 7pm to 7am, Monday-Friday. Weekends start at 7pm on Friday and end at 7 am Monday.

For monthly plans with Anytime Minutes, Anytime Minutes run 7am–7pm, Monday through Friday.

What if I use up my primtime minutes before my anytime minutes?

In that case, you'd just start using your anytime minutes. That's why they're called "anytime minutes."

Do minutes expire?

If you are on $14.99 TALK, $24.99 TALK, $34.99 TALK, $44.99 TALK, $59.99 TALK or $99.99 TALK, any unused minutes will expire at the end of each month or if you switch plans. You'll start the next month with the same amount of minutes that you've signed up for.

I used to get Unlimited Nights and Weekends on my $44.99 plan, what happened?

If you want unlimited nights and weekends, you can switch to our $59.99 or $99.99 Monthly Plans at any time. Changing plans is fast and easy. Do it on the Web through My Virgin Mobile or by calling Virgin Mobile At Your Service at 1-888-322-1122.

What happens if I go over my anytime minutes? How much do additional minutes cost?

Additional minutes are 25¢ each. The cost will come right out of your balance--that's whether you're paying with cash or a debit/credit card or PayPal account. So if you think you might run out of minutes in a month, make sure to have enough money in your balance to cover the cost of any additional minutes you need to use.
