When are nights and weekends?

Nights are 7pm to 7am, Monday-Friday. Weekends start at 7pm on Friday and end at 7 am Monday.

When are anytime minutes?

For monthly plans with Anytime Minutes, Anytime Minutes run 7am–7pm, Monday through Friday.

What happens if I Adjust-Up before I use up all of my night and weekend minutes?

No way. They'll be added to your new night and weekend minutes for you to use until the end of the month.

What if I use up my night and weekend minutes before my anytime minutes?

In that case, you'd just start using your anytime minutes. That's why they're called "anytime minutes."

Do minutes expire?

Any unused minutes will expire at the end of each month. So you'll start the next month with 150 anytime minutes and 150 night and weekend minutes.

What happens if I've only used a few minutes above level 1 at month's end?

If you use less than 50 minutes within any level beyond level 1 at month's end, we'll credit your cash balance for unused minutes. That means you'll only pay 20¢ per minute for the minutes you use, and not the full $10 (plus applicable taxes and surcharges).
