How do I pay for it?

Top-Up to add money to your account. Do it right from your phone or here on the Web. Use a credit/debit card, registered PayPal account, or use cash and buy Top-Up cards at thousands of locations across the country.

When do I need to Top-Up?

Unless you've selected one of our special Top-Up options like Auto Top-Up or Service Preserver you'll need to Top-Up at least $20 every 90 days to keep your service active... even if you have money in your balance.

Can my balance expire?

Unless you've selected one of our special Top-Up options like Auto Top-Up or Service Preserver you'll need to Top-Up at least $20 every 90 days to keep your service working... even if you have money in your balance.

So if you go too long without Topping-Up, your account will be deactivated and if that happens, your balance will expire. But way before that ever happens, we'll send an alert to your phone reminding you that it's time to Top-Up.
