Can I add non-Virgin Mobile numbers to my buddy list?

Yes! Unlike some other companies' in-network calling plans, Virgin Mobile doesn't restrict you to our network. You can choose from almost any number on any domestic network.

Still, certain numbers-like international numbers-cannot be added to your Inner Circle list.

Are there any numbers I can't add to my buddy list?

You cannot add these numbers to your Inner Circle list: voicemail, Customer Care, 411, shortcodes and international, 555 and 900 numbers.

Just log into My Virgin Mobile here on the Web, or go to My Account->My Virgin Mobile->My Inner Circle on your phone. You can update your list (add, delete, or change numbers) for free twice per calendar month. After that, it costs $3.00 each time you make a change.
