What happens if there's not enough in my account to pay for the daily charge?

Can my balance ever expire?
Unless you've selected one of our special Top-Up options
like Auto Top-Up or Service Preserver you'll need to Top-Up at least $20 every 90 days to keep your service working... even if you have money in your balance.
So if you go too long without Topping-Up, your balance could expire. But way before that ever happens, we'll send an alert to your phone reminding you that it's time to Top-Up.
