What happens if I use up all of the megabytes in my Data Pack?
You will be charged Overage Rates; additional megabytes cost $1.50 each and expire at the end of the current monthly period.

Do unused megabytes expire?
With Data Packs, any unused megabytes expire at the end of the month. But as long as your monthly charge goes through, you'll start the next month with the same amount of data that you've signed up for.
If you’re paying for data at our Basic Rate, any unused data will expire within 24 hours.

What types of content count towards my Data Pack?
Things like surfing the web and streaming music/video count towards your monthly MBs.

What does “unlimited access to VirginXL” mean?
Normally, there is a daily charge to browse VirginXL. But if you sign up for a Data Pack with unlimited access to VirginXL, this charge is waived.
