How can I check my balance?
Check your account balance right from your phone. Just press and hold the up arrow on your phone's keypad. Check it for free up to 5 times each day, $.02 per balance check thereafter, or log on to
My Virgin Mobile with your Account PIN (vKey) and do it whenever you want.

How do pay for ringtones, text messages, etc.
We'll deduct the cost of any features you use right from your balance. That goes for ringtones, downloadable games, text and picture messages, browsing VirginXtras/VirginXL, and downloads.

What if i find this Plan is not right for me?
Sure, you're free to switch between TALK options. But if you're making the switch from a By the Month TALK option to a By the Minute TALK option or another By the Month TALK option, you will not receive a refund of any portion of your monthly charge and your remaining monthly minutes won't carry over. So the best time to switch is near the end of your month.
