Can my balance ever expire?
Unless you've selected one of our special Top-Up options like $15 Auto Top-Up or Service Preserver, you'll need to Top-Up at least $20 every 90 days to keep your service working...even if you have money in your balance.
If you go 90 days without Topping-Up, your account will become inactive. Inactive means you cannot make or receive calls (other than 911 emergency calls), send or receive text messages, download ringtones, or do anything else—even if you have money in your account. If you still don't Top-Up for 60 days after that, your account will expire and you'll lose your phone number and any money left in your account. But way before that ever happens; we'll remind you that it's time to Top-Up.
