How do I check my balance?
Check your account balance right from your phone. Just press and hold the up arrow on your phone's keypad. Check it for free up to 5 times each day, then just 2¢ per additional check. Or, log on to
My Virgin Mobile with your Account PIN and do it whenever you want.

What if I go over my minutes?
With our 20¢/10¢ Plan, you can't go over. When your balance gets low, we let you know that it's time to Top-Up. Just add some money to your account, and you're good to keep talking. No stress.

How do I pay for ringtones, text messages, etc.
We'll deduct the cost of any features you use right from your balance. That goes for ringtones, downloadable games, text and picture messages, browsing VirginXtras/VirginXL, and downloads.

What if I want to cancel the service?
Since there are no long-term contracts, you're free to go whenever you want. All you stand to lose is any unused airtime. Or, you can switch to one of our other TALK options. You're in control.
