How do I return a phone purchased from the website or from a Custer Care rep?

Phones purchased directly from Virgin Mobile may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You must have the original receipt, packaging materials and all components. Please contact Virgin Mobile At Your Service at 1-888-322-1122 for more instructions.

How do I return or exchange a phone purchased from a store?

Phones purchased through retail stores may be returned or exchanged in accordance with that store's return policy. Please repack the phone and all components and bring it, along with the receipt, to the store where you purchased the phone.
