How do I set up Voice Dialing for one of my contacts?

Press the SPKR key on idle screen. Say 'Call' [Contact Name]. You may need to train Voice Control before using to attain more accurate results.

How do I set up speed dial for one of my contacts?

From the main screen, select Menu -> Contacts . Highlight the contact you want to assign a speed dial to and choose right soft key option 'Settings'. Then choose 'Speed Numbers'. Find an empty slot and press Assign.
