How do I pair a Bluetooth headset with my phone?

Put your Bluetooth headset into pairing mode. (Refer to your Bluetooth headset user guide for more information.)

On your Virgin Mobile phone, go to Menu->Tools & Settings-> Tools -> Bluetooth. Select "Power" and hit On to enable Bluetooth. Once Bluetooth is enabled, press "Paired Devices" and "Add new" to find your device. Put the device you want to connect in Pairing Mode (follow instructions that came with that device) and press Done. The Bluetooth headset name should appear on the list of devices .To finish the pairing process when prompted; enter the passcode provided in your Bluetooth headset's user guide. Then press "OK".

How do I disconnect my Bluetooth headset from my phone?

On your Virgin Mobile phone, go to Menu->Tools & Settings->Tools -> Bluetooth -> Paired Devices. Highlight the device you would like to disconnect press the LSK option 'discont'.

How do I delete a Bluetooth headset from my phone?

On your Virgin Mobile phone, go to Menu->Tools & Settings->Tools -> Bluetooth -> Paired Devices. Highlight the Bluetooth headset you wish to delete and click "Options". Now click "Erase" and confirm you want to delete the headset.

My Bluetooth headset stopped working with my phone. What's wrong?

If you turned off your Bluetooth headset, you might have to reconnect it if you wish to use the headset again. To reconnect your headset, go to Menu->Tools & Settings->Tools -> Bluetooth -> Paired Devices. Highlight the device you want to connect and press left option key 'Connect'.
