How do I set up Voice Dialing for one of my contacts?

Go to Menu -> Contacts -> Voice Dial -> Record New. Choose the contact you would like to set up for voice dialing and press OK. A voice prompt will tell you to "Say a name." Say the name twice and follow the prompts to complete set-up.

How do I set speed dial for one of my contacts?

From the main screen, select Contacts -> Speed Dial. Select any empty slot and press OK, and then Set Speed Dial. Choose a contact to add to that speed dial and press OK again.
