How do I get my Virgin Alerts?

From time to time, we might send you text messages regarding your account balance, service announcements, or other information. Most Virgin Alerts will automatically appear on your main screen when the phone is on.
If you miss a Virgin Alert, it will be stored in a folder for you to retrieve later. To read a stored Virgin Alert, go to Menu -> Messaging -> Virgin Alerts. Highlight one of the alerts from the list and select OK to read it.
