Your phone can only play unprotected MP3 and Windows Media (.wma) files. If the file type is correct, try renaming the filename to something less than 30 characters long. That may fix the problem.

How do I record video on my phone?

Press and hold the camera key on the side of your phone to switch between picture and video mode.

Or, from the main screen, go to Menu -> Pictures -> Options. Then select Video Mode from the Options list.

Focus on the image you wish to record and then select Record. Use the navigation keys to zoom in and out. Once you've finished recording, select Stop.

You can't send video files directly from your phone. But you can transfer the videos to your Computer using the USB cable or an SD Card Reader (sold separately), and then email them to friends.
