How do I check my balance?

You can instantly check your balance by pressing and holding the up navigation key on your key pad. Or, select Menu -> My Account.

You must be within our coverage area to check your balance. It's free to check your balance from your phone five times each day. After that, it costs 2¢ each time you check. You can also check your balance at anytime by logging into My Virgin Mobile.
