How do I train my phone to recognize my voice?

Voice Training helps your voice dialing and voice short cuts run more smoothly.

Select Menu -> Settings -> Call Options -> Voice Training. Read the message and select OK to continue. You can then train individual items. Follow the voice prompts until you hear "Training Complete."

How do I set up Voice Dialing for one of my contacts?

Find the contact in your Contacts List, highlight one of the contact's phone numbers, and press OK. Select Add Voice Dial.

A voice prompt will tell you to "Say a name." Say the name twice and follow the prompts to complete set-up.

How do I set speed dial for one of my contacts?

From the main screen, select Contacts -> Options -> Add Speed Dial. Select any empty slot and select Assign.
