How do I take a picture?

Just hit either of the camera buttons on your phone, or from the main screen go to Menu -> Pictures -> Take a Picture.

How do I send a picture?

Once you've taken the picture, you can choose Send to send the picture to a mobile phone or email address. You'll be taken to the Send To page. There, you can enter someone's email address or Virgin Mobile telephone number. Or, choose an email address or Virgin Mobile telephone number from your contact list by selecting More -> Contacts.

To switch between entering numbers and letters, use the menu at the bottom of the Send To page.

At the Message page, you can add text to your picture by typing on your phone's keypad. You can also add a voice clip or auto text by selecting More. When you're ready to send your picture, hit Send.

How do I view a picture I've taken on my phone?

To view all the pictures stored on your phone, go to Menu -> Pictures -> My Pictures -> Pictures taken.

How do I upload pictures to the My Pix Web site?

Once you've taken the picture, choose Upload and you'll be taken to the Send To page. Once you're there, click More -> Upload to send the picture to the My Pix Web site.

How do I send/download pictures from My Pix on the Web?

To send pictures from My Pix just click the Send button next to a picture. Then enter an email address or a Virgin Mobile phone number. You can enter a message to go along with your picture.

You can also download a picture from My Pix to your Virgin Mobile phone. To do so, click the Download to My Phone button next to a picture. Hit Proceed at the confirmation screen, and the picture will be sent to your Virgin Mobile phone.

How do I view a picture message I've received?

When you have an incoming picture message, an alert will pop up on your screen. Choose Get and the picture will pop up on your screen.

Once you've finished looking at the picture, hit OK to save the picture in your My Pictures folder, or hit Reply to reply to the sender.

How much does it cost?

Picture messages cost 25¢ apiece to send and receive. Uploading a picture to My Pix costs the same as sending a picture message. Sending a picture from My Pix is free.
