How do I adjust the backlighting?

Your phone's screen automatically backlights when you press any key.

To adjust the backlighting settings, go to Menu -> Settings -> Display -> Backlight.

How do I lock/unlock the phone keypad?

To lock your keypad, press and hold the "#" key.

Once the phone is locked, unlock will appear on your screen instead of the Menu. Press the right menu bar to select Unlock and then enter your password to unlock the phone.

If you have not yet stored your own password, enter the last 4 digits of your phone number.

How do I change my ringtone?

Go to Menu -> Settings -> Sounds -> Ringtones. Pick one of the pre-loaded ringtones from the list or choose one of the ringtones you've downloaded from Virgin Mobile. Press OK to confirm.

How can I set-up different ringtones for different callers?

To set a ringtone for a specific caller, select the contact from your Contact List and scroll down to Ringtone. Hit the left menu bar and select Change. Choose one of the ringtones from the list and hit OK.

How do I change the volume (earpiece, speakerphone, ringtone, keypad)?

To change the speakerphone or earpiece volume during a call, press the volume key on the side of your phone up or down.

Press and hold the "*" button on your phone's keypad to enter Silencer Mode.
