How do I get my Virgin Alerts?

From time to time, we might send you text messages regarding your account balance, service announcements, or other information.

Most Virgin Alerts will automatically appear on your main screen when the phone is on.

If you miss a Virgin Alert, it'll be stored in a folder for you to retrieve later.

From the main screen, press OK.
Select Virgin Alerts and press OK.
Select the Alert you want to view and press the "3 dot" button to view it.

How do I check my balance?

You can instantly check your balance by pushing and holding the up arrow on your key pad.

Your balance will automatically be displayed. (You must be within coverage area to check your balance.)

How do I train my phone to recognize my voice?

Press the "3 dot" button to select Menu. Scroll through the items and press OK to select Voice Svc -> Voice Command.

Highlight a command: Yes/No, Wake-Up, Top Level, or Digit Dial. Then press OK to select it.

Select the option to train word by word or Train All. Follow the voice prompts until you hear "Training Was Successful."

Press the End key to return to the main screen.

How do I set up voice dialing for one of my contact's?

Press the "3 dot" button to select Menu. Scroll through the items and press OK to select Voice Svc -> Voice Dial -> Add.

Browse categories to find the contact you want.

Highlight the person and then his/her phone number and press OK.

Select OK when asked to Enter voice tag.

When you hear a voice prompt say, "Name please" say the name and follow the prompts to complete set-up. Set-up is complete when you hear "Added."

How do I turn voice services on and off?

Press the "3 dot" button to select Menu. Then select Voice Svc. -> Voice Alert -> On/Off.
