How do I program voicemail?
Before your phone can receive voicemail messages, you must first set up a password and record a personal greeting with Virgin Mobile.
Press and hold the
1 key on your phone. This will dial you directly into voicemail.
The voicemail system will ask you to select a 4 or 6 digit passcode. (Write this down so you don't forget it!) Then follow the rest of the prompts to record your name and a greeting, and choose your preferences.
That's it. Any incoming calls that you don't answer will automatically be forwarded to your Virgin Mobile voicemail.

How do I check voicemail?
You'll receive and alert on your phone letting you know when new mail has arrived.
To check your voicemail, press and hold the
1 key. Your phone will dial your voicemail number for you. Enter your pass code at the prompt, and you're in. Or, if a new message is in your mailbox, you can select
Listen from the main screen to go directly to your voice mail messages.

How much does voicemail cost?
There are no monthly fees for voicemail. It comes included with your Virgin Mobile service.
If you check your voicemail from your home or work phone, the call is free. (You can access your voicemail from any phone by dialing your Virgin Mobile phone number and then pressing "*" when you hear the greeting.)
