How can I save?
With 18¢ TALK, you have to add at least $20 every 90 days to keep your service working. But if you select one of our $15 Auto Top-Up options, your service will keep working even if you only add $15 every 90 days. So for small talkers, it can work out to a $20 break over the year.
Just register a debit or credit card and sign up for one of our Auto Top-Up options. Then you can choose to add $15 (1) once a month, (2) once every 90 days, or (3) when your balance hits $5 or once every 90 days, whichever comes first.

Do I still need to Top-Up every 90 days?
Yes. To keep your service working, you'll still need to Top-Up at least once every 90 days. But each of our Auto Top-Up options will take care of that for you.

What if I have trouble with my card?
To access the $15 Auto Top-Up option, you need to have a working credit or debit card registered with Virgin Mobile.
So if there's a problem with your card or you delete it from
My Virgin Mobile, you won't be able to access the $15 Auto Top-Up unless you register a new card.
If you're not on one of our $15 Auto Top-Up options, you'll need to add at least $20 every 90 days to keep your service
working.
