How do I get the Service Preserver?

All you need to do to qualify is: 1) Top-Up $90 or more in any consecutive 72 hour period by using a credit/debit card, registered PayPal account, or Top-Up cards, 2) Top-Up $10 or more on any qualifying handset, Top-Up $60 or more in any consecutive 72 hour period within 30 days of activation and 4) buy and apply a $90 Top-Up card to your account.

Do I still need to Top-Up if I have Service Preserver?

Yes. If you use up the money that you added to your account to get the Service Preserver, you'll need to Top-Up if you want to make calls, text, buy ringtones, etc.

Service Preserver keeps your service from expiring. (In other words, you don't have to Top-Up according to the rules of your plan to keep your service working.)

You'll still need to have money in your balance to make calls, send text messages, download ringtones, etc. That means you'll have to Top-Up if you run low on airtime.
