What are they?

Kickbacks are bonus airtime minutes you’ll earn for referring friends or family members to Virgin Mobile. You get 60 minutes of bonus airtime for each person you refer and each person you refer will also get 60 minutes of bonus airtime.

How do I get them?

It's easy to earn bonus airtime with Kickbacks. Here’s how:

1. Sign up
   It's quick to register. Just click here.
2. Get your Kickbacks Code
   We'll give you your own personal code that lets you to earn Kickbacks bonus airtime.
3. Tell your friends
   Email your friends or we can email them for you. Post your Kickbacks Code on message boards, blogs, and sites like Facebook and MySpace. Tell them what you love about Virgin Mobile and why they should check us out.
4. They buy a phone
   Have them buy a phone and tell them to enter your personal Kickbacks Code at online activation only. They must activate online for you both to receive Kickbacks!
5. You both get bonus airtime
   Once your friend completes their 1st Top-Up or charge of at least $20, we'll add 60 minutes of bonus airtime to each of your accounts.

How many can I receive?

You can refer up to 100 friends per year, which means you could earn as many as 6000 bonus minutes each year.

How can I view Kickback activity?

Log into My Virgin Mobile and click on the Kickbacks icon. That will take you to your very own MY Kickbacks page.

You can see the Kickbacks you've earned and which of your friends still need to Top-Up before you receive your airtime bonus.

I've gotten some Kickback bonus airtime left in my account, but I can't make calls. What gives?

To keep your service working, you need to add at least $20 to your account every 90 days, even if you have money in your account. So even if you've gotten some Kickbacks (or other bonuses), you still need to add at least $20 to your account every 90 days.
